So we have launched the new Support Centre and we will continue to add support information here for you all.


You can still log a ticket, just like the old support system, and the old tickets will remain active until such time as they are all closed and/or dealt with.


If you have a ticket in the old system, you can still reply via email to that ticket, as it will still be active.


You can come straight back to this Support Centre via the link http://support.mongrelgear.com.au


You can also log a ticket by simply sending a private message on Facebook.  The Support Centre will take that message and create a ticket for you.  :)


So... if you have any questions at all, just log a ticket!  :)
