If you would like to cancel your order, simply contact us via our support centre and log a ticket to have the order cancelled.

Please note the following conditions regarding cancelling an order;

• Orders that have shipped can not be cancelled.
  
• Goods that have been specifically ordered (not standard stock item) can not be cancelled.
• All cancellation requests must be logged via the Support Centre.
• A refund will be given in full via the means it was paid.
